Project Description.

The existing site was occupied by a large parking lot and a dilapidated three story building. The design intent was to fill in the voids left behind from the now demolished buildings, and continue the business streetscape. The Client wanted a design that would stand out in the business district, while becoming a part of the surrounding community.
