Project Description.

The building was previously occupied by a furniture company. The original façade of the building was hidden under metal paneling. Many of the original windows were blocked, mechanical systems outdated, and basic building systems in poor condition. The design intent was to restore a historic building to its previous grandeur, create comfortable circulation throughout the building, update the mechanical system and provide windows in many of the offices.
