Description:
Located along Oregon Pike (Manheim Township, Lancaster, Pa) the existing building had been used for a variety of businesses.
The building had even been featured in the local newspaper as a car had smashed into the front of the building. When Doug Hershberger contacted Sims Architects to renovate the building, he wanted a nice new , clean appearance on the exterior. A portion of the building was demolished at the rear and a new porch was constructed. A handicap lift on the exterior provides accessibility to the building. A handicap toilet and other upgrades on the interior make this a beautiful building.
