Sims Architects was retained to design a new building for One2One Computers. Located at the corner of South Water and Seymour streets in Lancaster, Pa ,it provides the company with 6,000 square feet of new space along with another 4,000 sf for future expansion. The building will also provide secure garage parking for the company's three service vehicles. The site’s location is in a Keystone Opportunity Zone, where developers are exempted from paying property taxes if they are reusing a formerly contaminated industrial site.
